STRATEGIC PLAN

Under the new executive director, the Michigan State University Alumni Office appointed a committee to work on the Strategic Plan for the office’s new direction. I served as a member of the committee and as the designer for the final layout.

Goals: Gather data to make educated decisions on the strategy for the Michigan State University Alumni Office and to develop priorities to better serve the alumni, university and community.

Responsibilities:

• Elected member of the Strategic Planning Committee.

• Organized and facilitate focus groups with students, faculty and staff to gain knowledge and data to help drive decision-making.

• Collaborated with cross-functional team members on the planning committee

• Assisted in priority selection, wrote descriptions, and designed strategic plan to distribute on website.
